Last week year 2 had a visit from the vet, all the classes came together to meets two lovely ferrets and had the opportunity to ask many questions about the ferrets and any other animals. The children were very excited to see and stroke the animals and were on their best behaviour. Well done everyone.

As part of our current theme we have been learning about the Rainforests and where they are in the world. Children used excellent map skills to locate the rainforests on a world map, create a key to identify the rainforest and other parts of the world adding the equator and compass points.
